LevelUp Medya CRM

LevelUp Medya CRM is a management system built for social media agencies to run their work from a single panel: client records, content calendar, approval flow, publishing to social accounts, quote preparation and collection tracking.

The system is used by LevelUp Medya to manage its own client portfolio. The agency team signs in to the panel, while clients sign in to their dedicated client portal.

What it does

Client management

Client records, packages, contract amounts and monthly collection status in one place.

Content calendar

Post and story planning, shoot calendar and approval flow; scheduled content publishes automatically.

Publishing

Approved content is delivered to the client's own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts.

Client portal

Clients approve their content, follow the calendar and see invoices and monthly reports in their own portal.

Quotes and sales

Quote preparation, a sales pipeline and service catalogue management.

Finance

Collection tracking, expense records and upcoming payment reminders.

What data we request and why

Social account connections are established only at the client's own request, through each platform's official consent screen. We never see passwords and the client can revoke access at any time.

Instagram and Facebook: Used to publish posts, reels and stories, read and reply to comments, and report reach statistics after the client connects their own account with consent.
TikTok: Used to schedule and upload client-approved videos to their own TikTok account and to report basic account statistics. The client selects the privacy level for every post.
YouTube: Used to upload videos to the client's channel, reply to comments and report channel statistics.
Google Drive: Used to store client content (videos and images) in the agency's own Drive folder and to read those files at publish time. Users' personal files are not accessed.
